Submitting Copies of Environmental Impact Statements to EPA Regional Offices
Please contact the EPA regions directly to determine appropriate transmittal requirements or options during maximum telework status due to COVID-19 Pandemic.
A federal agency must submit the environmental impact statement (EIS) to the appropriate EPA regional office no later than the date that agency files and submits the EIS in e-NEPA. EISs should be sent to the EPA region where the project is located.
