To supplement the Ocean Testing Manual, the Southern California Dredged Materials Management Team (SCDMMT) has developed guidelines to aid in dredged material testing. The Sampling and Analysis Plan/Results Report Guidelines provides instructions and examples for developing Sampling Analysis Plans, as well as Results Reports. The SCDMMT includes the Regional Water Board, the California Coastal Commission, the USEPA and the USACE.
