On August 20, 2019, EPA’s External Civil Rights Compliance Office (ECRCO) issued a Resolution Letter resolving Administrative Complaint No. 01D-19-R5 based on an Informal Resolution Agreement between EPA and the Minnesota Department of Agriculture.
