PRN 75-5: Unacceptable Use of the Word "Chlorine" in the Name and Labeling of Pesticides

Use of the word "CHLORINE" alone or in combination with other wording in the name or in labeling text to describe products other than liquified chlorine under pressure has been determined to be in violation of Section 2(q)(l)(A) of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act.
