Re: RFC 17002 Objection to Denka Performance Elastomer LLC's ("Denka") Request for Correction (EPA RFC 17002) ("RFC") Toxicological Review of Chloroprene (CAS No. 126-99-8)

An Objection to the RFC recently submitted by Denk.a. The Objection was prepared by Dr. Karl Roberts, Ph.D. in conjunction with and including responses by Dr. Marco Kaltofen, Ph.D., P.E. and Dr. Barry S. Levy, M.D., M.P.H., P.C. These experts were asked to respond to Denka's RFC by representatives of a group of concerned residents and leaders in a community which continues to be adversely affected by the hannful contaminants emitted by Denka in the area surrounding its chemical plant in Laplace, Louisiana.
