Puget Sound Energy Residential Refrigerator Impact Evaluation

Puget Sound Energy (PSE) prepared an evaluation report response in 2013 to the  final Residential Refrigerator Evaluation Report produced by DNV KEMA. This evaluation report response addresses and documents program adjustments as they related to the PSE Refrigerator Replacement, Refrigerator Decommissioning, and Energy Star Refrigerator Rebate programs.
