Rule Summary

On March 24, 1993 EPA finalized a new test procedure to measure evaporative emissions from motor vehicles. The amendments modify several of the test procedure’s tolerances, equipment specifications, and procedural steps. Also, this document incorporates by reference the California Regulatory Requirements Applicable to the Evaporative Emissions Program (January 4, 1995).
