EPA Comments on Major Federal Projects in the Watershed
EPA has a unique responsibility under the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and Section 309 of the Clean Air Act to review and comment on Environmental Impact Statements (EISs), which analyze and disclose impacts of major federal actions to communities and natural resources. EPA's NEPA comments are part of the public record. Listed below are projects in the San Francisco Bay Delta Watershed which EPA has reviewed under NEPA.
