Contaminated Sediments Technical Advisory Group Process Changes

The Contaminated Sediments Technical Advisory Group (CSTAG) was created in 2002 and the charter was revised in March 2020 as part of the Superfund Task Force (SFTF) efforts to improve effectiveness and efficiency of the Superfund program. EPA revisions to the process are expected to result in a more collaborative approach that allows for early stakeholder engagement and improved national consistency. This document summarizes changes made to CSTAG process.
