On May 20, 2015, EPA proposed a total phosphorus TMDL for the Wissahickon Creek Watershed in southeastern Pennsylvania. The TMDL will establish reductions necessary to address the poor stream health caused by excessive total phosphorus from wastewater treatment plants, stormwater runoff, and other sources. The documents and files provided below were made available to the public during the public comment period, which ran from May 20, 2015 to July 30, 2015.
