The Underground Injection Control (UIC) National Technical Workgroup (NTW) is a forum for federal and state UIC program experts to meet regularly to work through technical issues related to underground injection. The workgroup operates under a charter that establishes the workgroups purpose, goals and objectives, and general operating procedures.
