Capabilities Assessment Tool

The Water Quality Surveillance and Response System (SRS) Capabilities Assessment Tool can be used to:

  • Determine a utility’s existing capabilities related to a given SRS component (components are shown in white boxes in the figure below).
  • Assess the existing capabilities relative to target capabilities.
  • Recommend enhancements to improve the existing capabilities.

Using the tool is easy and can be an important first step towards implementing an SRS.
