Project Description

The Water Main Replacement Program will replace over 150,000 linear feet (LF) of water distribution mains annually. Projects can each include anywhere from 5,000 LF to 30,000 LF of 4”, 6”, 8”, and 12” water distribution mains, including replacement of the corresponding water service lines, hydrants and valves. The purpose of this program is to prevent costly, harmful water main breaks and interruptions in water service often caused by failing water infrastructure.
