Can the Office of Grants and Debarment (OGD) provide exceptions on a case by case basis if a recipient believes a regulatory exception is necessary due to the impacts of COVID19?

Yes, OGD is authorized to issue case by case exceptions in accordance with 2 CFR 200.102 and 2 CFR 1500.3. Recipients should contact their Grant Specialist and Project Officer for the agreement with their request for additional information on requesting regulatory exceptions.
