NACEPT Assumable Waters Subcommittee Final Agenda (March 15-17, 2016)

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), convened the third meeting of the National Advisory Council for Environmental Policy and Technology’s (NACEPT) Assumable Waters Subcommittee from March 15-17, 2016 in Arlington, Virginia. The purpose of the meeting was to begin to continue to develop advice and recommendations on how the EPA can best clarify which waters a State or Tribe assumes permitting responsibility for under an approved Clean Water Act (CWA) section 404 program.
