EPA has presented on the successes of the Black Carbon Diesel Initiative in the Russian Arctic.

Demonstration projects were presented at two conferences in 2014:

• “Improving fuel economy and reduction of emissions from road transport in Russia,” June 17-18, 2014, Moscow, organized by UNEP.
• XVII Annual Congress “Atmosphere-2014”, June 18-19, Saint Petersburg, organized by Scientific Research Institute for Atmospheric Air Protection (SRI).

Off-road vehicle policy recommendations were presented at the 4th Integer Emissions Summit Russia 2015,Exit which took place Februrary 24-26 in Moscow.
