This guidance describes how EPA’s Chesapeake Bay Program Office (CBPO) administers grant and cooperative agreement funds to focus on the restoration and protection of the Chesapeake Bay and its surrounding watershed. The success of this is directly linked to the success of the Chesapeake Bay Program (CBP) partners’ efforts.  These include reductions in the levels of nutrients and sediment, restoration of habitats and living resources and increased stewardship of the watershed.
