Superfund Remedy Decisions Estimated to Cost $50 Million or More
This is a list of Superfund site decisions signed or delegated for signature by the EPA Administrator. This list was developed in response to the Superfund Task Force Recommendations. This list does not include sites currently in the remedy selection process.
EPA has developed a process for the Administrator’s review and approval of remedies estimated to cost $50 million or more and changes to remedies with an original cost of more than $50 million. The Administrator’s review promotes accountability and consistency in remedy selection and facilitates more rapid remediation and revitalization of contaminated sites.
